Cancellation Policies

"Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance."
Minimum Age Requirements & Restrictions

• Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid license.
• 16+ with a license may drive with an adult present.
• Ages 12–16 may ride with an adult or drive if highly experienced (test drive required).
• Kids under 12 should ride in a Side x Side for safety.
• Valid Driver’s license. *Credit Card for reimbursable security hold of $500 for groups 1-4 or $1000 for groups 5+.
• We prioritize safety and may stop a tour or remove a driver if they cannot operate the vehicle safely or follow guide instructions. Tours may change route or destination due to road closures, weather, or driver skill. Refunds are not provided if full tour time was completed, regardless of route changes.
• During the rainy season, rivers may be too strong to cross, but waterfalls are at peak flow. In the dry season, river crossings may be possible, but waterfalls have reduced flow.
• Extra passanger – $35
